INTERNAL REGULATIONS
OF THE AFRICAN CONFEDERATION OF FOOTBALL 7 (CAF7)
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these internal regulations is to define the rules and procedures governing the functioning of the African Confederation of Football 7 (CAF7), whose headquarters are located in Douala, Cameroon
Article 2: Headquarters
The headquarters of CAF7 are located in Douala, Cameroon, and may be transferred to another location by decision of the Executive Committee.
Article 3: Languages
The official languages of CAF7 are French and English
Article 4: Meetings
1. Meetings of the Executive Committee of CAF7 shall be held at least twice a year.
2. Meetings shall be convened by the President of CAF7, Jacques Martinien Bamnga, or by at least three members of the Executive Committee.
Article 5: Decisions
1. Decisions of the Executive Committee shall be taken by a simple majority of members present.
2. In the event of a tie, the President of CAF7 shall have a casting vote.
Article 6: Commissions
1. CAF7 may create commissions to study specific issues.
2. Commissions shall be composed of members appointed by the Executive Committee.
Article 7: Finances
1. The financial resources of CAF7 shall come from member subscriptions, donations, and grants.
2. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for managing the finances of CAF7.
Article 8: Relations with members
1. CAF7 shall maintain relations with its members to promote the development of football 7 in Africa.
2. Members of CAF7 shall be required to respect the statutes and regulations of CAF7.
Article 9: Amendment of
internal regulations
1. These internal regulations may be amended by the Executive Committee.
2. Amendments shall be subject to approval by the General Assembly
Article 10: Entry into force
These internal regulations shall enter into force on the date of their adoption by the Executive Committee.
Article 11: Effective Date
These internal regulations shall take effect on the date of their adoption by the Executive Committee.
